Flagship Innovation Experience Design and Mobile App

Challenge: How might we design an end-to-end innovation experience centered around the future of payments?

 
 

Immerse in the brand

We began with a deep dive into the innovation offering and existing experience, in addition to exploring the vision and desired outcomes for our experience design. We also do a deep scan across the horizon and ecosystem to identify all industry and tech trends that could augment this experience.


Build the journey

With the goals and vision in hand, we begin to ideate on an end-to-end experience and service with digital and physical touchpoints.


Conceptual Ideation

In parallel, we begin to build a design system that works within the constraints of the brand but also establishes itself as the tip of the spear for innovation within the organisation.


Define the key features

We define all features for each of the touchpoints, and how they interact with each other, both in front of house and back of house.


Design the components

We then apply the design system across all of the components, building and delivering to the finest detail to ensure a holistic and well-thought through program.


Design and Build the Experience

We bring all of the components together, both digital and physical, and go through rigorous testing and iteration process to ensure it is well functioning, along with providing a roadmap for future development and experimentation.
