Design System Toolkit
Design Principles
We began with understanding the markets in which we will be operating. We do deep ethnographic research in each of these markets to identify key behaviours, beliefs, and motivations in each. Using these insights, we build a set of design principles and define the design system to which all components will adhere.
Wireframe, UI, and UX Schematics
Using the design system and principles, we define and articulate a user experience design and model that is modular and can flex to the needs of each market and client.

We understand local market considerations and build flexibility in the experience. In this example, we allow for multiple format purchasing of library titles based on availability.
We design and define all the way down to the last detail. In this example, we define the Voice UX for the application.

We bring the entire vision together as a cohesive and modular user interface and experience. We work with DevOps teams and our clients to provide continuous learning and improvement loops and build a backlog of new feature improvements.
